Abergavenny Rugby Club are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of another member of their rugby family Dennis Watkins. Dennis played for Club in the late 1960`s and early 1970`s in the piano shifters brigade in the front row, Dennis was one of life`s gentlemen with always a word of encouragement for the younger players in the side. Dennis could always be found on a Saturday afternoon at pitch side supporting Y Fenni. Dennis`s funeral will take place at 11.00 am on Thursday 26th. May at St Mary's Church.
