As previously, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, international ticket applications by members and sponsors must be made in writing (e-mail) to abergavennyrfc.tickets@gmail.com applications must contain your name, address, type of membership*, price of tickets requested along with your telephone number and e-mail address to enable the Clubs` Ticket Secretary Brian Griffiths to contact you directly, regarding your application. Please don`t make your application through any other Officer or Committee member.
The deadline for the Club to submit its application to the WRU for its Autumn International ticket allocation is Thursday 8th July 2021. Please ensure that your application is submitted to the Ticket Secretary no later than Thursday 1st July 2021.
Although every effort will be made to meet your request this cannot be guaranteed, except for debenture holders, claret club, and 100 club members*. (* Club member or sponsor prior to Lockdown.)
Once your ticket order has been fulfilled, depending upon demand, you will be notified and requested to pay for your digital ticket(s). Currently, the club can only accept payment by BACS transfer (Abergavenny RFC Ltd, Sort Code: 20-45-45, Account no: 60448842)
At this time, the Club will only order the number of tickets that have been pre-ordered by debenture holders, members, & sponsors from the WRU, no additional tickets will be ordered.
Respectfully, as not to offend, all debenture holders, members & sponsors must pre-pay for the number of digital tickets ordered/allocated, prior to digitally assigning the ticket to your Principality Stadium Ticketing App.

To date, this is all the information we have regarding the fixtures, cancellation policy, digital ticketing etc, we will keep you posted with any relevant updates to the guidelines.
