Dear Club Member / Sponsor,
International ticket applications by sponsors and members must be made in writing (e-mail) to abergavennyrfc.tickets@gmail.com, applications must contain your name, address, type of membership, price band of tickets requested along with your mobile telephone number and e-mail address to enable the Clubs` Ticket Secretary (Brian Griffiths) to contact you directly, regarding your application. As previously, tickets will be digitally assigned through the Principality Stadium Ticketing App. Therefore, all applications must be made through the Ticket Secretary.
The deadline for the Club to submit its application to the WRU for its 6 Nations International ticket allocation is Monday 12th. September 2022. Please ensure that your application is submitted to the Ticket Secretary no later than Monday 5th. September 2022.
Although every effort will be made to meet your request this cannot be guaranteed, except for debenture holders, club sponsors and 100 club members.
Once your ticket order has been fulfilled, depending upon demand, you will be notified and requested to pay for your digital ticket(s). Tickets can then be paid for by BACS transfer (Abergavenny RFC Limited Sort Code 20-45-45 Account No. 60448842) or by Credit/Debit card at the Clubhouse. The Club will only order the number of tickets’ that have been pre-ordered by debenture holders, sponsors, and members from the WRU, no additional tickets will be ordered.
Respectfully, as not to offend, all debenture holders, sponsors and members must pre-pay for the number of tickets ordered / allocated, prior to digitally assigning the ticket to your Principality Stadium Ticketing App.
Please see below the fixtures and ticketing pricing bands for the games at the Principality Stadium, for the 6 Nations home games.
The Clubs allocation for away fixtures is extremely limited, as such we cannot guarantee allocation of tickets, this will obviously depend on the demand for each away fixture. To date, we have not been informed of the Clubs allocation or pricing bands. Individuals who apply will be duly informed if they have been successful in their application.
